This is a full RGB patch cable, which also supplies both "sync over composite video" and "composite sync (CSYNC)" signals and stereo sound. To be used in-conjunction with a Sega Mega Drive 2 RGB SCART cable. Please note this cable is not for the Sega Mega Drive 1 / Genesis 1 console.
